Kissito Post Acute Cane Island is the region’s most innovative short-term transitional health care and rehabilitation center. From basic injuries and illnesses to the most medically complex cases, we provide our patients with the compassionate care and clinical services they need to achieve their greatest potential. We combine a state-of-the-art healing environment with an innovative Collaborative Patient Care Pathway™ that’s physician driven and patient-centered. This unique approach enables patients to return to their lives sooner and function at the highest level. After all, nothing is more important to us than making sure each patient makes a full recovery and is able to transition back to the comfort of their own home.

Should a patient not be able to transfer home and need more care, we do offer a long term care program to meet that need.
