We offer top-notch long-term care services for the populations of the surrounding counties. Located within minutes of several hospitals, we have the facilities and qualified staff to meet a variety of needs including:

  • IV therapy for antibiotics, hydration, pain management, total parenteral nutrition.
  • Patient/caregiver teaching for management of new ostomies and feeding tubes.
  • Skilled nursing for short-term medication management and observation after hospitalization; patient and family teaching to ease the transition from the acute to the home care setting, assuring a smooth continuation of care and prevention of unnecessary re-hospitalizations.
  • Long-term care for those suffering from dementia and chronic ailments that can no longer be managed in the patient’s home setting.
  • Compassionate, palliative end-of-life care for the terminally ill who may be unable to remain at home, but wish to be surrounded by loved ones in a homelike setting for their remaining days.
  • Advanced wound care management, including negative pressure and hyperbaric wound care systems
  • Care for those requiring respiratory support and assessments, including continuous oxygen therapy, respiratory treatments/updrafts and complete tracheotomy care
  • 24-hour nursing support, supervision and assessments for those requiring short-term, intensive physical, occupational or speech therapy through our rehabilitation department
