Rehabilitative Care

When patients are discharged from the hospital, our goal is to help them transition back to the comfort of their homes and return to their desired level of independence. We rigorously “track and trend” the progress of each resident to ensure the best care in an enhanced care setting that includes:

• Physical, occupational and speech therapy services

• Private and semi-private rooms

• Rehabilitation gym and therapy room

• Separate post acute care unit

These services are also extended to those at the lowest level of function including those that may be bed-ridden. Rest assured your loved one is in the best hands.
